Ingredients:
1/3 cup sea salt.
3 quart of water boil until salt is dissolve , and let it sit until it reach room temperature .
Canalize two tablespoon sugar until golden brown be add it into salt water. ( optional)
You can add chili, chicken bouillon or garlic into pickling but that is optional.
Peel the skin of mango cut in half remove the seed wash and ready to be pickling.
Close jar with tight lid and sit on kitchen counter for about five days.
