Pies "Spikelets" are made of dough similar to a hybrid of puff pastry and shortbread. It can be cooked with a variety of fillings, in any size and shape. The dough is suitable for making strudel.

Dough
Flour - 320 g
Milk - 110 g
Butter 82% - 100 g
Baking powder - 4 g
Salt - 2 g
Filling - 500-600 g
Preparation
1. Combine sifted flour with baking powder and stir
2. Combine milk or non-fat cream with salt and butter. Put on fire, bring to a boil, cool for 2-3 minutes and add to flour mixture.
3. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Form a tourniquet from the dough and divide it into 16 parts, round each piece and cover with cling film.
6. Roll out a cake from a piece to an approximate size of 20 × 10 cm. Make oblique cuts along the long sides of the cake, put the filling on the center and shape the blank into a spikelet. As a filling, I also use liver plow.
7. If desired, grease the workpieces with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C on a medium level without convention for 20 minutes until golden brown.
9. Cool on a wire rack
