Butter Dough:
450 gr. flour
100 ml of water or milk (I have milk + water)
1 tsp salt or 6 gr
75 gr. sugar
27 gr. pressed yeast or 9 gr. dry
3 eggs (C1)
45 gr. butter, warm
Filling:
250 gr berries (I have 100 grams of black currant;
raspberries, strawberries and cherries 50 g each)
2 small apples or 1 large
130 gr. sugar
20 gr. corn starch + 2 tbsp. l water
1 tsp butter
Sand crumb:
2.5 tbsp flour
2.5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
30 gr butter, cold
1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk for greasing pies
* For more juicy berries, the amount of starch can be increased.
You need to bake pies at 392 F - 17 minutes. The baking time and temperature will depend on the particular oven.
