This is a core focused Pilates workout with a loop band. We’ll work the front, sides, and back of your truck, using the band to help dig deep into those deep muscle connections. It’s 20 minutes of work with a stretching series at the end. If you don’t have a loop, just tie a long band in a circle. Use a light to medium level resistance band.
