Welcome to P.H.I.I.T. PILATES HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING a week long workout series designed to challenge, to tone, and to get you lean and mean!
Today we are targeting the full body and will be moving between slow controlled pilates exercises and powerful explosive cardio moves. You don't need any equipment for this class or this whole series.
