A 45 minute ballet reformer fusion workout for ALL levels! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This series takes inspiration from classical ballet exercises and adapts them to suit the reformer. Expect a spicy workout with a lot of focus on inner thighs, calves, core, and arms for lots of balletic length and strength. Also look out for a quick ballet cardio workout burst using the jumpboard.
