I like the workouts. They are good sold safe workouts. The only thing, too many words mess up the pace. Could you figure out how to be more concise? It may shave a couple minutes off the total time, but that won't be bad. Or it could add another rep or another exercise into the timeframe.

Thank you for your feedback. My reason for giving many cues and directions is to ensure that people are in correct positioning and alignment since I can't see them in person. Although this may mean slower transitions between and during exercises, my hope is that the benefits of doing the exercises correctly outweigh that extra time. I do understand your feedback though, as I know some like a quicker pace. Thanks again :)
