What I like most about your videos, you include how you would cut / slice / prepare the ingredients. Level 0 po ako sa pagluluto and it helps a lot na nakikita ko kung pano hiwain mga ingredients. This is my go to channel in food prep. 😊

I love all your movies. Your filming is so good that I can taste your dishes (with the oils that the meats renders, etc) before making it. Amazing filmography! Your technique is what I am learning the most about. You sauté, fry and cook each ingredient to perfection! You bring out the natural sugars of the ingredient. That is what makes your food a big notch above others. Thank you so much.

I love pinakbit. I lived in the province before and all I can see always in our table is a lot of different vegies mother freshly picked from our garden. Thats why I love watching cooking or eating show😋🥰.

This is stir fry pinakbet version in the visayas with a crunch. Grabe so good. CRUNCH. Ilocano original pinakbět is different with its signature.

Sarap naman this is how my father cooks pinakbet with kangkong lahat ng vegies ay kuha lang from our backyard kaya lang we don't eat pork po sinasahug namin is chicken, shrimp or beef and without bagoong because we don't like it but thanks to this video gagawin ko tuh mamaya sa almusal namin so delicious.🤗

Bernie Scott Bernie Scott I feel the same way! I like how he neatly cuts everything most especially the onions and garlic. How he fries the pork belly and other ingredients then cut it precisely. You can just tell by the outcome of the food that is going to be delicious because of the effort he puts in.

I also want to compliment your videography. It's steady and not erratic. Some videos are all over the place, too many close and give the watcher a headache. Only show what is relevant, so we can follow the process. I'm more about cooking techniques than "show". Thank you.
