* leftover roasted chicken (or any meat)
* 5 cups leftover rice ( or cooked rice )
* 1/2 shallot onion
* 5 cloves garlic
* spring onion chopped
* 1 lime (or lemon)
* 1 tsp sweet soya sauce
( or soya sauce with sugar or oyster sauce)
* 3 eggs with pinch of salt
Optional
* sprout ( handful )
* spinach ( handful )
* cucumber (6 sliced )
* 1 tbsp ketchup ( filipino or any ketchup )
* 1 tsp oyster sauce
* 1 tsp vegeta ( or any seasonings )
* 2 eggs ( sunny side up eggs for garnishing)
* 1 long red chili
* fried garlic ( for garnishing )
* 1/2 tsp sugar
