Here's a homemade pineapple beer to quench your thirst. this recipe make 20 liters of the pineapple beverage.
Ingredients:
18L Luke warm water
2L cold water
20g brewers yeast
1 & half brown bread
250g oats
2kg sugar
Note: After straining the beer you can use sugar according to your liking.
My beer was left for 2 days in a warm dry place for the process of fermentation to take place and it was ready to be enjoyed from that day since I used brewers yeast.
The longer preserved the higher the alcohol content.
