MIXING NOTES: The peach brandy makes this one special. Hamilton 86 demerara rum will work. This is the original commercial profit recipe, but reducing the pineapple juice to 2 ounces would elevate this cocktail to credible 20% ABV, a better balanced libation…

1 Bacardi white rum (Puerto Rico 80 proof)
1½ El Dorado 5YO (Guyana 80 proof)
1 DeKuyper peach brandy (KY 60 proof)
4 fresh pressed organic pineapple juice
1 Persian lime juice (fresh)
1tsp caster sugar
Dry shake, pour all into hollowed-out fresh pineapple filled with cracked ice, two straws
