[Ingredients] * I used 18 cm(7 inch) round mousse ring.
1 tsp= 5 ml
1 Tbsp = 15 ml
1 cup = 250 ml
[For sponge cake] 19.6 cm X 19.5 cm square pan
3 eggs
90 g (1/2 cup minus 1 Tbsp) granulated sugar
80 g (2/3 cup)cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
15 g (1 Tbsp) unsalted butter(melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
[For pink cream cheese frosting]
400 g (1 + 3/4 cup)cream cheese
400 g (1 + 2/3 cup) heavy whipping cream
8 Pink Oreo cookies
140 g (3/4 cup)granulated sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract(optional)
[For sugar syrup]
30 g (2 Tbsp)granulated sugar
60 g (1/4 cup)hot water
*Dissolve sugar in hot water and use after cooling completely.
[For assembly and garnish]
about 12 Pink Oreo cookies
