I was born and raised in the country (outside of city limits, in the stix😊) so all of this food you cook looks good to me, my husband and I love it all! Ham hocks, beans, dumplings, cole slaw, and corn bread, that's good eating! Another mouth watering meal, you can really put some plates together, and such a great job at it! so excited about seeing your next video, gonna always give you thumbs up Tennessee! 👍

I was in Kroger looking for ham hocks one day. Didn't see any, so I asked if they had any. The butcher brought me out 2 of the littlest ones I have ever seen. So I told I needed 2 more of those piglet hocks or my beans were not going to taste right. I use them for green beans too. Now I have to try and get some again. I messed up and told some women what all I put mine in. Bet I put some up in the freezer when I find some good ones. Guess I could use salt pork too but I like hocks better. Keep on cooking for us I love what you cook. Brings back memories of mom and grandma. 🌹

Mom made pinto beans alot. I would take a slab of corn bread butter it and pour the beans over it. Was so good. Next day we had bean pancakes. They were my favorite, with a pad of butter and gravy over them. Now tomorrow I need to make some navy beans and cornbread yummmy, cause that's what I like yep over the buttered cornbread and fried potatoes, onion, and of course bell pepper. Mom was raised in Kentucky on a farm can ya tell lol. Love your shows.

Its maybe good for some things, but basically kids need physical and mental creativity and play to be HEALTHY and SOCIALLY STABLE. I will be right back, just put my beans on, had to pause so I could get the seasoning you were using lol! OMG! I wish I could reach through this screen and give you a hug! I have wanted pinto beans for months now, they are SOFT! They taste sooo good. Ok, I did soak mine overnight, then I got up this morning (or afternoon, as I have a medical condition and am on very strong pain meds that I sleep for twelve to fifteen hours) I came straight to the computer to see if you had uploaded the video and you had. I used most of the seasoning you had and added a few more, I also used turkey necks, (I do not eat pork or red meat, and that is a covenant agreement between God and me) and threw them in my pressure cooker. Now because I presoaked them, I went ahead and used the time allotted on my cooker and they turned out great! Because I was still a little afraid they wouldn't turn out soft, I prepared a baked chicken, fried okra and tomatoes, corn, and cornbread for my husband and now he is eyeballing my beans lol! Thank you so much, love you from the bottom of my heart, God bless, and KEEP THOSE OLD STORIES COMING, I ENJOY THEM!
