Ingredients
பிரண்டை / Pirandai - 150 Gms
நல்லெண்ணெய் / Sesame Oil - 2 Spoon
உளுந்து / Urad Dal - 2 Spoon
கடலை பருப்பு / Gram Dal - 1 Spoon
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/4 Spoon
சின்ன வெங்காயம் / Small Onion - 10 Nos
பூண்டு / Garlic - 8 Pieces
உப்பு / Salt
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Chilli - 5 Nos
புளி / Tamarind
தேங்காய் / Coconut - 1/2 Pieces
