What do you think of the green in the cake? Would you go green or stay au naturel?

I like the added green. To me it still looks natural.

What does pistachio taste like with matcha? That would be a natural alternative.

Go green, but don't use food colouring. Use 1-2 tbsp matcha powder. Oh my god, the extra hit of flavour is perfect with pistachio and turns your cake a gorgeous colour.

I love how you get the green color throughout. Much better than using a pudding mix IMO and it doesn't look radioactive like the neon green in most other pistachio cakes. The pistachio top brought it all together for me. Keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing what other recipes you post!

Hi Bonni, do you think magimix can replace kitchenaid or you still need both for baking? 😊❤
@BonniBakery
Жыл бұрын
Hi Joyce, I think it really depends on what you are baking. I couldn't do without the KitchenAid as I use it for a lot of things like frosting and various cake batters. I haven't tested many cake batters in the magimix, but my go-to for things like that is usually the kitchenaid. The Magimix can do A LOT though. I've used it for whipped cream, meringues, and even dough. Although, I currently don't have my kitchenaid as I had to send it back for repair, and my Magimix is saving me on a lot of things! Sorry that's not more helpful, but I think it really does depend on what you're using it for!
