It's fortunate that pistol manufacturers do a pretty good job of getting their rear sights correctly adjusted at the factory. Sometimes, though, some fine-tuning is required to deliver point-of-aim impact. With adjustable sights, that's a simple matter. For pistols with "drift adjustable" sights, things get a bit more involved. You need either an old-school brass drift and hammer to get the job done, or you can go the easier, safer method of using a dedicated sight pusher.
