As we love vegetarian Mediterranean food falafel, pitta bread, hummus etc. I experimented to create a healthier version without maida and also yeast is not readily available one without yeast. This recipe will make chapati/tortilla/Pitta which you can use to make any wrap or as a side. It is very soft and tasty. You can also make them over skillet/tawa or oven, so its a recipe for every household.
