Very interesting video! Learned some very useful tips. Thanks very much. Just got an Ooni Volt and trying to learn the best ways to bake with it, but i think they're still useful. Sure glad i found your channel.

I have been loving your videos! Trying to find a koda 16 in stock but all I can find are 12's. I'm slowly losing my self control. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Steven! Once you get it its pretty addicting. My neighbor ordered his in December and is supposed to get it sometime this month. If you can Id hold out for the 16. The smaller is also pretty nice 😃👍

Great video! Very informative. Do you have any videos on how you make (and freeze) your dough for newbies?

Hey Jason! I do have a video called 4 Ingredient pizza dough. Its an old video. I cold ferment my dough for at least 2-3 days now. Thats the only difference. Once i take it out and weigh them individually, thats when ill ball them up, wrap and freeze 😃👍

Just out of curiosity, what size pizzas are you currently making and how many grams per ball? I'm doing 16" ones around 425g. I'm still trying to find the sweet spot .

Oh...with the Koda 16 id go around 250-300. Shoot for 14”. That gives you room to move your pizza around different zones on the stone. Ive been trying to do 200-250 just to keep my carb intake down 😝
