sugar 4 pinches
garlic 10 g
For pizza:
dough 220 g
Red sauce 80 g
mozzarella 100-150 g
Salami 50 g
Knead the dough for 13 minutes +-
Melt in the refrigerator at 5 degrees for 2 days;
Or up to 2x magnification
After proofing, remove from the refrigerator and leave on the counter for 2-3 hours to warm up to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 260-270 degrees. Bake for 4-5 minutes.
