Ingredients:
Poolish Starter:
200g all-purpose flour
200g water
Pinch of salt
Pizza Dough:
Poolish starter (from above)
400g all-purpose flour
180ml water
5g yeast
10g salt
10g brown sugar
Toppings (customize to your liking):
Canned tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Prawn
Mushrooms, sausage, bacon, etc.
Olive oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Poolish: In a bowl, mix 200g flour, 200g water, and a pinch of yeast. Cover and let ferment at room temperature for 12-16 hours.
Make the Pizza Dough: Combine the poolish starter with 180ml water, yeast, salt, sugar, flour little by little. Knead until combined and slightly sticky. Let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
Shape and Top the Pizzas: Divide the dough, shape into rounds and let it sit for 30mins.
Stretch into desired thickness. Add tomato sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings and add drizzle some olive oil
Bake and Enjoy: Preheat oven to 290°C (550°F).(highest temperature according to your oven). Bake pizzas for 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
