Here is the recipe:
For the Pizza Pie crust
360g/ 3 cups all-purpose flour
56ml 4 tbsp. cold water (approx.)
2g/ ½ tsp salt
226g/ 1 cup (16 tbsp.) unsalted butter (cold)
Using a food processor, combine butter, flour, salt and pulse until butter is incorporated.
Slowly add 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms a ball.
May take up to 4 tablespoons for dough to form.
Transfer dough to a work surface and place in cling wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Place flour on a work surface and roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness.
Cut dough sections.
Place on a floured tray, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
For the Filling:
132gg/ 2/3 cup ground beef (cooked)
132g/ 2/3 cup ground sausage (cooked)
132g/ 2/3 cup chopped ham (cooked)
100g/ ½ cup pepperoni
175g/ 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
175g/ 1 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
88g/ ½ cup white onion (chopped)
90g/ ½ cup black olive slices (optional)
50g/ ½ cup mushrooms chopped
450g/ 2 cups pizza sauce
225g/ 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2g/ ½ tsp salt
2g/ ½ tsp pepper
8g/ 2 tsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 350F/176C.
In a large saucepan/skillet, over medium heat, add one teaspoon of olive oil then add onions, bell peppers.
Sauté for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and add ground beef, sausage, ham, and combine.
Add pizza sauce, black olives and pepperoni and combine.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Transfer filling to baking dish(s)/ ramekins.
Top with mozzarella cheese
Cover with pie dough.
Cut slit in dough to form pie vents
Pizza Pot Pies can be chilled in the fridge for a day or frozen until ready to bake.
Brush with melted butter
Bake @350F/176C for 30-35 minutes or until pizza dough turns golden brown.
Serve hot.
