I can definitely imagine a dirty and eerily thin mannequin looming in the corner as maybe some special ambience would play. Great entity!

Yeah, that's a very well made fanmade entity concept, I could definately see some fairness on the entity and making the gameplay a bit harder, it could definately be added into the game, as it's fair and ballanced, well done!

This is awsome but you would need him to limit his spawning to prevent him camping the entrance or exit door making it impossible to dodge

I can definitely see your fanmade entity taking shape in the actual game. It's fair like all the other entities. I'd say this is a pretty well fanmade entity you have come up with. But since you said disease im thinking like tick damage. I have a couple questions too. How long would the disease last for? and If your full health what would the total damage of the plague do?

I'd imagine the effects would last as long as when you're caught in a snare, so around 3-6 seconds As for damage I assume it would also be like eyes, but less and slower than every tick. So like maybe 20-30 damage in total after the effects wear off

It’s a cool concept but also the herbs in the infermary can also cure it because its literal history almost like plauge doctors who have a pointy mask with herbs inside the pointy part

Good Concept! Timothy Remake: Instead of him attacking if you open a drawer, he would roam around certain dark rooms, and getting too close/touching cobwebs would alert timothy and will rush to the next player, and is slightly slower than a normal player and his turn speed is somewhat fast. Timothy would fit dark rooms more and it would also make the double cellar, greenhouse, and dark rooms more special and better

My entity concept is: SKINSTEALER!!! Mechanics: Basically how skinstealer would work is by well. Taking the form of a player in the server and it would also move around like the figure. But cant instakill you. Appearence: As i said it would take the form of a playee in the server. Dead or alive. But, there is a way to distinguish them from a normal player... Just like your entity concept it would have visible scars and bones coming out... It would also walk in a more jerky way and will have blood on their mouths. And they can shift between players and go to their normal form. Their normal form would basically look look like a player in the server. Except with less accessories and more mutalated... Misc: If this entity would to ever be released to the actual game i would like it to be encoumtered somewhere near the last few floors of the game. If you use a crucifix on this entity than the crucifix wont break. As the entity is too weak to fight back. It can also be blinded by flashlights. I also wish to be an elite version of this entity as like a bossfight that cann appear at any time. This bossfight will have dialog whenever you try to do something like using vitamins and viewing paintings. This elite version will take on the appearence of guiding light before theyre death... It would also be able to spawn normal skinstealers whenever being chased by this elite version for long periods of time. And thats my entity concept!!! Hope you liked it!..

Would be more of an annoyance than anything and doesn't rlly add much to the game besides gatekeep you from using closets or entering rooms. Besides, snare already has a similar function and is already annoying, though it is understandable since it's only in the final stretch of the game.
