one little question, when you are in the plank position, the elbow creases look each other or they are facing front??? THANKS for your videos!!!

It can depend upon your arms and shoulders. If you face the elbow creases forward it can help the biceps roll forward which may help broaden the collar bones and upper chest. However if there is a tendency for hyperextension in the elbows (which can be seen more often in women) the elbow creases may need to be restrained from facing the front causing the creases to turn to face each other. You might note that the more you roll the elbow creases to face the front the more there is a tendency have less weight in the inner hands (which we don't want), so in either case don't over do.
