I love how you manage "trash" in streets. Other players make perfect cities with any trash, and grafiti... Your citie looks alive, with the good things, and the bad things...

I just found your channel again. Been binging coral reeches for the past 2 hours and suddenly saw a new episode. I love these kinds of builds! There aren't a lot of rural builds on youtube and this kind of reminds of the old Nomasburg series

Fantastic work as always. It's fascinating seeing how you change your style when going "urban" after so many small towns and rural areas. I saw the shoutout to my old comment at the beginning of this video and I was chuffed!

Always a pleasure to watch your videos. Maybe you can add some invisible paths connecting roads with the dead-end (can reduce the first mile/last mile when you add public transportation in the future). Also, you can add one or two low-residential buildings to break the repetitive builds (like a story that the owner rejected the development in the back days)

Thanks for the suggestion, and definitely will be adding low density for sure. I like that type of back story of stubborn owners who refuse to sell 😄

Masterclass! Love the detailing work SG. One place I've found that the stains work really well, and I don't _think_ I've seen you used them: train tracks! Especially where diesel locos run and especially stop.

This reminds me so much of a Southeastern US river/coastal area. A lot of southern states and towns are named after Native words. The Chickasaw lived in Mississippi and Alabama near the Mississippi River. They have a word “Tuklo” meaning twin or couple. This could represent the marriage or kinship between the river and the sea. The Town of Tuklo is my vote for the name.

For the city center, you could try to implement an European type of an old town to satisfy the need for history and heritage of Coral Reeches. But also to satisfy the need for new, a certain American style of a Downtown could blend with it the best. Since both European old towns have a bulky central park, you could try to combine it with the NYC style of architecture. Of course this is just a suggestion. However I love the way you made the transition from low/mid level to mid/high level. Coral Reeches will be a great project.

It'd be interesting to see grafitti placed on some of those industrial structures. Feels like they're the kind of place you'd see them seeing as how they seem to be abandoned.

Im my opinion, there is a lot of opportunities to build some homemade parks int this new big city, a lack of green space in the city. Maybe trees along streets like in a lot of cities can do the job
