We had fun chatting with Matt Martin about Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) today! Plant Growth Regulator has a ton of benefits. I hear people talk about it all the time but I just tried it myself for the first time ever recently. Plant Growth Regulator decreases the rate of vertical growth in grass but doesn't affect the horizontal growth. There are several other anecdotal benefits as Matt explains in this video, such as more green grass, better root development, and better wear and stress resistance. Plant Growth Regulator can work on lots of different types of grasses. The Plant Growth Regulator that I used and that seems to be most popular is called Trinexapac ethyl (T-Nex).
