Resistance/weight training is your friend, especially if your weight is dropping fast. If you tone while you exercise, it gives your skin a chance to snap back as you lose the weight, in addition to building muscle tone. Dry brushing is good to add as well and will help with the circulation in the skin to produce collagen, which helps tighten the skin to a degree KZitem has some great videos for dry brushing. There's a young lady who incorporated it into her weight loss routine but I can't think of her name.

I'm a bit bottom-heavy, so it felt kinda nice to have my body shape be the "ideal", at least in that department. But I'm not really bothered that it's "going out of fashion". I have no regrets, because I didn't alter my body in any way for any trend, nor am I going to do that in the future, my body will just stay the shape it is. So whatever trends come and go, I'll never have anything to regret. I feel like if I had modified my body - if I paid a lot for surgery, suffered with recovery, and even got scars for a trend and then it'd pass, then I'd be quite upset. Because then in the larger scale of things I wasted all that money and went through all of it for nothing. I'm not judging people who did it, or who will do it in the future. I just think that it really isn't worth it to alter your body for a trend that'll eventually go out of fashion.

Hey Doctor Youn I have a question that I would like to ask you as a professional. I've been considering what it would be like to have a breast implant. If I did have one, would I lose my ability to breastfeed? Would I lose my sense of feeling in that area? Also if I were to remove the implants, would there be any difference in my breasts than what they would be if I hadn't gotten an implant?
@Lilyaxa

I did it a few days ago. I can tell you there is a possibility to loose sensibility but not a big one, I did operation 7 days ago and I have my sensibility on. No problem to feed a baby if you want to be pregnant, but way 1 year after the operation. And it will have a difference if you remove them because you skin will be less lifted than before, because of the weight of the implant. Your boobs will be more down. St this moment you can make a lifting of breast to improve it. Sorry for my English I’m french, but I hope you understood.

I’m only a minute in so forgive me if this has been mentioned in the video - when Kim did her DEXA scan and showed it on screen, her breasts were glowing the same colour as bones and not red/yellow with the rest of her body fat and there were boxes showing what each colour meant - why would your breasts be as dense as your bones and NOT have fat in them? She claims to never have surgery but it’s obvious that she’s had work done lol. When I had my DEXA and the dr showed me, my breasts are a 36G UK size - I’m 5’9 and weigh about 230lbs my breasts didn’t show up like rocks lol they showed up with fat like that the rest of me. When Cardi B talked about how she didn’t like her nose so had filler done and felt it botched her nose in 2019 - she was at Kris Jenners house and KIM gave Cardi a list of the best plastic surgeons and how to contact them and Cardi said this in her recent interview like less than a month ago lol how does Kim know who is the best plastic surgeon but has a whole list of them yet has never been to one? Breasts don’t shrink to how hers look at 1:16 from her earlier photos, unless you’re lactating and the last kid she carried was like 6 years ago right? The others were by surrogates. Your behind isn’t gonna be naturally loaded with so much fat it looks like a loaded pamper but your thighs are skinny and don’t match it lol, I’m Jamaican and used to do gymnastics, I have a bigger lower half naturally, if the thighs don’t match the ass it’s because the ass was built not grown lol

Firstly, I don't think KK had any part in promoting the look front and center. Look at African American art, album covers, plus Black men preferred hips and butts always or maybe American men in general if you look around before KK. Mostly butts were depicted in rap videos as those images were weaponized. Look at old Soul Train series. Kim wouldn't hold a candle if she were just a newbie on soul train. She married a Blk man and self promoted herself. Its crazy that black women are getting butt enhancers. Just like AA women are the crown jewels world stage for natural fullest lips, as well some Asians also have full lips patterns. Marvin Gay's album cover after the dance, has depicted those images you'd see at a jute joint or dance in AA communities. Attractive Black women were far and few used in television. As well European features were promoted wish were thin lips and small to none backsides. Full lips and fuller figures weren't featured, as slim boyish figures were in every magazine as the symbol of beauty. It was later thought those men preferring skinny boyish figures were actually desiring something symbolic. Kim Basinger was teased in grade school for her natural full lips, but soon realized they were her golden eggs.

I never understood trends like these. Or rather, the people who follow them blindly. Why can't you decide for yourself wether you want skinny, small, medium large or unrealistically large bottom/anything? This applies to everything from music, food to cosmetics... Have a personality and stand by your aesthetics regardless of what the world thinks. Change your aesthetics when YOU ACTUALLY feel like it. Don't do it just because everyone else is.. Unless you build your personality on trends I guess... Whelp. I have nothing to say then.

Well as a mixed race , I have naturally big butt and breasts but even if I had small, I wouldn't think of bbl because there is a reason why I born this way and I noticed that skinny girls wants big butts and I think that looks absolutely hilarious and having a big butt is not that great either I cannot wear pants anymore because my waist is tiny compared to my hips and butt and if I go to tailor to fix it then it wouldn't fit my hips&butt or with belt it looks like my pants are astronaut pants or have two balloons in pockets 🤣and thats exhausting.

I imagine a bbl is a tedious recovery and then deciding to have them removed sounds as horrid.

No, big butts are not a thing of yesterday. It's only the exaggerated ridiculously unnatural big butts.

When will the trend be to love the way your body naturally is? 99% of the time nature designed your proportions to fit your body type (I say 99% because there are some exceptions like breasts that give you back pain, or like that girl with significantly uneven breasts). Natural is more beautiful than fake.

Being a girl with a big bump, it felt good to be envy for it, specially since in my teen years i hated my body type. :(

Look at it this way, the men that loved those big booties still do. And you may not care if they love you or not but many women found out for the first time that their body was and is ok

@@bec7080 Yes, you are right, it was nice to see that my body type is actually fine. I use to stay at a super low weight to hide it.

I understand. I'm still a teen and I have gotten bullied for and sexualised for my body time and time again untill I almost cxt it off (physically) because I was so sad. And still, no one envies me for it and my classmates see how inconvenient it is :(
