HEY! You need to be warming up properly before your practice sessions to ensure your mind and body are ready to perform. I have two exercises for you here that will improve your technique if performed correctly. Actually, if you improve your technique, you also improve your speed--so don't shy away from practicing these at the slowest tempo!
EDIT: Some portions of the video don't have my hands and feet cams synced, but this is more about your hands so don't @ me bro... Also, if you're one of my students, don't let my failure as a video editor keep you from practicing and making yourself better! kthanksbye
