Give it a try! I think you can do it! I try using the least amount of adaptive products as possible. I hope my video made you see what is possible! Thank you for watching and commenting!

Good for you mason! You found a way to play complex fps games with just an ordinary cheap keyboard and mouse rather than special, adaptive, expensive, hard to find equipment. Hopefully some of your viewers, who may have played fps games pre-injury and never thought they could play again or didn't wanna bother obtaining special equipment, can now get their fix and satisfy their bloodthirst

I don't play computer games as much now as I used to when I was younger. However back in September, my stepmom's dad sent me an email about one of his online computer class students doing a report on the Xbox adaptive controller and I replied to him with a link to your KZitem channel, a video of the Xbox adaptive controller being used, and the Playstation version of the adaptive controller called the access controller which was released on Amazon back in September

I've never used the adaptive controllers, but I'm sure they are very helpful for people that need to use them. It's nice to see Sony and Microsoft making adaptive products.

Hi Mason, awesome gameplay! I'm a C6/C7 in complete quad. I play on Xbox with the adaptive controller and regular controller paired through copilot. It's a lot of fun to be able to play with friends! I thought about starting a KZitem channel to film the gameplay as you are doing right now. Do you have any recommendations on cameras and microphones?

I used to make gaming videos. Here is my KZitem gaming channel: youtube.com/@MrWARNINGhazard?si=qKs1Jw0GRSpClpP2 How are you going to record gameplay? I'm assuming there's a feature on the Xbox that allows you to do it from there? When I had my gaming KZitem channel, I used an ElGato Capture Card. If you do live videos, you can use the microphone on a gaming headset. I recommend the Blue Yeti for a microphone: amzn.to/3VU8MDs

Awesome gaming, how do you go playing open-world games like RDR 2? I'm a c5/c6 and use 2 access controllers for the PS5 but they take a time to set up but after seeing how you do it, I might try your method, the problem I have in some games is that you have to press 3 buttons at once . have you got a tip for that ? keep up the good work brother

I haven't played Red Dead Redemption since becoming a quadriplegic. However, I did play Far Cry 4, but it was on my PS4 with a Dualshock controller before it got fried by a lightning strike. What system and controllers do you use? Also, what three buttons do you need to press? I might be able to give advice if I have that information. Thank you for watching and commenting!

Hey Mason, thanks for putting out such encouraging videos! I don't have a spinal injury but have MS, and a lot of nerve damage on my spine, so have limited function and mobility. I'm not a gamer, but do work a lot on my desktop doing graphic design. I use a pen pad instead of a mouse and find it is much easier. I also use a velcro strap to hold the pen to my hand, otherwise I'll drop the pen a lot. I have a question in regards to your power chair. I use a Permobil chair that has a standing feature and saw on a video of yours that you have one too, or have had one at one point. I was wondering where you get your parts and accessories? specifically I'm looking for a chest strap (an alternate to the chest brace), but can't seem to find one. Any advice? I appe]reciate it very much. Thanks, Jast

I don't get my parts and accessories anywhere specific, but normally just get them through my DME company. This is the chest strap that I have: www.allegromedical.com/products/d-ring-hook-and-loop-fastener-s-strap-wheelchair-seat-belt/?sourcecode=SGKB&Shopping%2BComparison%2BSites&sourcecode=allegro&gclid=Cj0KCQiAzfuNBhCGARIsAD1nu-90gira-fHJGXMoCDFsOEZSqCYfJHO39zL1sMCz51iNg2pDSOAvLdsaAmKvEALw_wcB Thank you for watching and commenting!

Wassup Mason I’m a c4-c5 incomplete quadriplegic but my problems is that I can only use one arm and on my good arm I still can’t fill my fingers to know what buttons to click I wanted to know if you could feel your fingers and have you heard of the lip sync by makers making change?
