Wes is still one of my favorite guitarists from the whole Nu Metal era. He was one of the guitarists that inspired me to pick up the guitar in first place. His transitions from clean to heavy groovy riffs are so incredible. Limp Bizkit was my favorite band ever in my early teen years. Although I don`t love them as much as I used to, the "Chocolate Starfish..." album will always have a special place in my heart❤. And I still think that Limp Bizkit is getting WAAAAY too much hate😒

Great guitarist sure, and good songwriter when he actually wrote the song. Slash isn’t all that important either really. And GnR and Clapton is boring to me. Not like Hendrix, and Van Halen, who without them who knows where we would be in terms of technical and innovative playing. They set standards that people in all genres of music that people still use to this day. Adam jones, Stephen carpenter, head and munky, and Wes Borland gave us sounds and tones that while they are simple in terms of technique, are still some of the most difficult to recreate.
