its just 2-5-1-6. It's the archetypical PD-D-T in classical music descending by fifths. Any amateur musician can identify it the first time they listen to it (tbh diatonic pop music requires little to no effort to play by ear). The improv/rhythm aspects are probably more impressive.

I’m a musician in the wedding industry and I intentionally learn the first dance song by listening to it the day of on the drive to the wedding so it’s fresh in my mind. Most of these pop songs are four chords, five tops. If it’s not a traditional Pop song, then it might be a bit tricky here, but learning how to hear a song and identify what’s going on takes a lot of years of practice.

@MSDR it was just a little triggering. There are only four chords to remember and then the last chord before the chorus is a dominant seventh. That chord plus with the delay of the "drop" into the chorus is what makes the song that extra bit catchy. I understand that it's not easy to learn a song by ear and I apologize for causing any issues, I was just pointing out a little mistake. There's nothing bad about the playing though, these are clearly Teo very good musicians and I stated in my comment that I liked the video. There was just that small thing that confused me a bit, that's all. Sorry for seeming like an internet douche
