BROWNIE WITH RASPBERRIES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 175g of butter
- 250 g of dark chocolate
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of finely ground sugar
- 100 g of almond flour
- 100 g raspberries
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a pot, over low heat, melt the butter with the chocolate and salt.
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar.
3.Gradually add almond flour to the mass and then the cooled butter and chocolate.
4. Mix the mass and place it in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5. Place raspberries on top.
6. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.

PANNA COTTA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 gelatine flakes
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 tablespoons xylitol (I used sugar mixed with ground vanilla seeds)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Soak the gelatine flakes in cold water.
2. Pour the milk into a saucepan.
3. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthways, remove the seeds and add to the milk.
4. Add the xylitol.
5. Heat on a low heat.
6. Add the gelatine and dissolve while stirring vigorously.
7. Pour the mixture into silicone moulds and place in the fridge to set.
8. Serve with fruit or fruit sauce.
