I am training whitewater kajaking 5 times a week and that puts a lot of stress on my shoulder, back and spine. Bought their mobility programm a couple of weeks ago. Following their program makes me trust my body more because it is mobile and stable now (lets say more than last season haha). I really recommend the programm even if you are not into calisthenics but other demanding sports. Having a great mobility program to follow steps up my white water game a lot and keeps me engaged with the prehab work! The video again has some great nuggets I can implement in my prehab routine. Thanks a ton

Man, if only I had this videos about 2 years ago... I used to workout at the gym, back then, and eventually started to feel a slight accute pain in the shoulder, in some exercises. It increased to the point that it started to feel painful when I raised my arm over my head, so I had to stop exercising and had to do physiotherapy exercises. After a while, the pain decreased but only stopped when I started to do calisthenics and work on my flexibility aswell.

Same here recently. Pseudo-Planche push-up's and archer push-up's really tax my shoulders to the point where I need at least 3-5 days before re-attempting. Regular & Diamond push-up's I can do every day (within limits of course) and still be fine in 24 hours so long as I get good rest/sleep. What ended up working for you? Simply resting and letting them heal? Right now I'm taking tart cherry extract, glucosamine, and will start taking some collagen/VitaminD/Hyaluronic Acid to hopefully prevent this in the future.
