Hello, this Plum Jelly recipe is light and refreshing and not too sweet. You can taste the natural sweetness and tanginess from the plums. You can also top it up with your favourite ice cream. Personally I do find that if the ice cream is very sweet, it does overpower the subtle sweetness of the plum jelly.
