So I have been very very busy. So I am really sorry for my delay in my reply back to you. You may have already passed the exam by now but still I will do my due diligence in replying to you. If you still need more videos like these then check out this link. @kasturidasgupta7953
6 жыл бұрын
EduHubSpot Yes I did. I am trying to clear my knowledge about the same. But may be it's sounds odd, but I always find difficulty to differentiate between assumption and risk properly
@EduHubSpot
6 жыл бұрын
Concepts on risk will be clear when you will start watching risk videos. For now think of Risk as something which may or may not impact your project. For example: You want to go on campaign trip and you have a probability that it may rain. The rain may or may not happen and if it happen then it may impact your XYZ things. This is an example of risk. Now assumption is when you assume something to be true. For example: You are assuming that for this campaign trip you will get your friends car to drive. Or campaign location will have restroom facilities. This is something which you are assuming to be true which means assumption

I preparing myself for now. I take this training 3 years ago and take my exam last December but unfortunately, I fail, however, was for a very little score. I am ISO and AS Lead Auditor, but I am studying PM because I think will be a great complement for my job as Quality Engineer and eventually I will do some projects. Hello Musaed, Yes scope management plan is part of project management plan. In fact, there are 18 sub plans like schedule, cost, quality and others which are also part of project management plan. You will know about them more when you start watching our scope management videos. You can check out the below link. Keep in mind, not all of our videos are on KZitem, they are exclusively available only on our website Check it out: www.eduhubspot.com/packages/pmp

Question -- if the Project Charter is the first document for a project, why are two existing documents specific to the project inputs to 'Develop Project Charter?'
@EduHubSpot
5 жыл бұрын
Hi Johnathan, Project charter has all the high level information. It has information like exit criteria, why you are doing this project etc etc. All this information comes from those inputs business case and agreements. If you have a seller involved, you need agreement between buyer and seller.

as a charter intended to high-level requirements, risks, etc, and assumption log intended to lower level activity and tasks. are we can consider the assumption log as a developed charter through the project time? as we through the project time can detail the high-level requirement etc. of course, if I understand the video right
@EduHubSpot
6 жыл бұрын
Assumption log is all about things which we assume to be true. Like for example when we develop a project charter, we have a high level requirement that my product shall have a feature A. Now in order to get that feature A, lets assume that you will need a specific resource B who can only do that job. So in assumption log you will mention that. We will get resource B from functional manager in the duration of this project.

I have understood that ITTO is very important and is the heart of PMP. However I need in future to explain for me the relation between ITTO and Table X6-1 ( What does mean the data gathering tools and techniques has 9 tools across all knowledge area and why for example the brainstorming tools is BOLD on 4.1 process?
@EduHubSpot
6 жыл бұрын
ITTO includes all inputs, tools and output. Your table X6-1 is mainly for tools. And it means that data gathering tool is further divided into 9 sub tools which is used across the respective knowledge areas. Also brainstorming is bold in 4.1 means that this is where they have explained brainstorming in much more detail

PMBOK has specifically not mentioned it whether this is done in parallel or one after the other. However, it is very specific to organization to organization. From PMP exam perspective, it will be a good assumption taht it is done in parallel.
