I don't think the NWO boys want us as focused as that teaching would produce. D James Kennedy did a sermon on school curiculum from around 1900. At 11 a child was getting words I wasn't getting in college prep A. By 8th grade they understood how to run a business. it was very eye opening.

Hey man do you know how I can apply Tiny Habits for lifting weights thanks
@jeffreed8835
2 жыл бұрын
Start small. Don’t lift too heavy but just enough to know you are doing something. If you are just beginning, only lift for 30 minutes max per day. The major key here is to avoid pain/soreness the next day to ensure you are well recovered to return to the gym.

Love the book! However your demonstration of the B=MAP concept using the graph is fuzzy. The motivation/ability curve depicts the theoretical barrier to new habit formation and most importantly demonstrates that by varying either our Motivation or our Ability regarding the 'target behavior' we can place ouselves within the domain (above the boundary line) in which a chosen Prompt/cue/trigger/anchor is likely to generate the action. The 'prompt' is just a prompt. It is obviously a necessary part of the equation, but doesn't affect where we land on the graph. The significance of the graph is in the realization that if I make the desired action simple enough (perhaps by 'chunking' it down or micro-sizing it) - and thereby increase my Ability to do it - I move to the right along the curves X axis and in doing so increase the likelihood of achieving the habit at the same level of Motivation since our (A,M) coordinates are now above the action line. Of course manipulating our Motivation on the Y axis by more fully appreciating the 'value' of the habit we hope to install would work in the same fashion ie., making a given 'prompt' far more likely to succeed by placing our (A,M) coordinates above the action line. Truth in the service of love. ❤👍
