Ah, it comes to me after watching the movie version recently. This is what probably Gerard Butler would sound like if he can sing properly, he sounds kinda similar to Ben Lewis.

James Barbour and Norm Lewis are both excellent phantoms and baritones. Not to mention Timothy Nolan (bass baritone if you can believe it) and Steve Barton. This is as much a baritone role as a tenor.
