i would love to see a video like this for hips !! i’m sure i’m not the only one but, one of my biggest corrections is my hip strength/stability.

My teacher used to make us do the doming exercise after classes to check our progress before pointe and I want to go back on pointe as an adult but that action gets my toes so cramped that they get stuck 😭
