The first film about our trip to the POLAR URALS.
Going along the winter road to Vorkuta. The road from Pechora runs along the long-distance passage of the "Bovanenkovo- Ukhta" gas pipeline, serviced by Gazprom. The section of road to Inta was mostly well cleaned. Only in one place did we come across a snow drift in an open area.
In Inta, we had to wait until the road workers cleaned the road further north. Inta made the impression of a cozy and original city, lost among the harsh wooded taiga of the Polar Urals.
On the Inta - Vorkuta section, there were minor difficulties in the area of the village of Abez after the ice crossing over the Usa river. The road to the village and in it itself turned out to be poorly cleaned - a couple of times we used a winch.
Further along the way, there were also several ambush crossings. After crossing the Seida River, 10 km of the so-called "grey zone" began - a winter road through the tundra in the area of the Pesets railway station. In this area, we could not miss a column of dump trucks loaded with rubble - we had to dive into the snow to let the trucks pass.
There were small ice on the crossing over the Vorkuta River, after which there was 60 km of well-cleaned winter road to Vorkuta.
White roads to everyone, enjoy watching!
