Best video I have seen with disassembled n assembled with no music just nature n how to love it. But here’s the kicker I have a 2017 850 highlifter. I have to change all four 🤦🏽♂️

Thanks great Video only one question why didn't you grease the bearing B4 reassembly?? Those bearing are notorious for not being greased very well from the factory.

I did, but I didn't film it. I have been looking into those grease packer attachments also to extend the bearing life, do you know anyone who has tried them?

I have the Tiger tool bearing greasers they work well. I like the fact that you don't have to completely remove the whole assembly to grease the bearings. Note there are two different tools one for front and one for rear bearings.

I think your supposed to grease the bearings and not put them in factory dry.. But I suppose at least you know how to do the next ones fairly easily now

Not at all, they were OEM from the Polaris dealer.

What size socket did you use to knock out the bearing. Did your socket align with outer bearing race?

Quad Logic makes a bearing puller and installer but it $100 I don’t want to spend

never EVER use a impact to tighten a bearing...it damages the bearing
