Down to 117 now just got a set. Thanks for the vid. I ended up drilling a little hole at the end of both of them and rattled out the metal scraps that they left in the tubing. Besides that they seem mint

Just attempted to install same kit. My front bracket was not bent enough so I had to bend it in a vise and a rubber hammer to attach it. Rear bumper holes didn’t line up plus the screws stripped. Off to Home Depot tomorrow. I’ve done a lot of mechanic work and this one was not a pleasurable experience. Purchased for $90

Sorry to hear about the headaches. Unfortunately theses companies outsourcing these products sometimes worry more about quantity more than quality. I was lucky to have gotten a decent set u guess. Hope things turn out better for you and tomorrow is a better day.

Well boys thanks for Your attempt to make this bumper-install. A little advice. Skip the smalltalk and tell what You do. Do not use a fixed camera , one of You should hold the camera and move it so the person mounting the screws is not blocking the view. Obvious You have an older model, tell what year because Polaris in their infinite wisdom change a lot from year to year, and this bumper wikk possible not fit the 2021 models.But a nice attempt guys, like Your video

Will the front bumper accept a led light bar?
@FindingJay
3 жыл бұрын
Yes the front bumper has a built in bracket with holes for an led bar but make sure the led bar brackets are adjustable ...::like the ones that slide side to side unless you wouldn’t mind drilling new holes on the plate
@shawnreeves39

Did this have a place to mount a 12" led light bar?
@FindingJay
4 жыл бұрын
Shawn Reeves yes it did. I had to fabricate a thick washer to mount the led bar I wanted to use which you can see on the video after this one I believe but there is a plate on this bumper that has pre-drilled holes

How much where the polaris hand guards?
@FindingJay
3 жыл бұрын
They are a bit expensive but I think there worth it. Unfortunately you have to purchase the hand guards for about $30 and purchase the brackets separate for another $30.
