Okay just a comment here. Your video really made the difference in what I chose to buy. Let me say I have a 2022 General two door and was seriously considering an expedition in the four door configuration because i have kids that want to come along, so i need more seats. You're right, the comfort level is excellent, what I did not like was how tippy it appeared to be along with the high Revs, this has to maintain to get up and go. Not saying this is a bad vehicle, but for technical Driving like on your property, It did not appear to me to be the sweet spot for the Expedition. It really clarified for me that for my type of riding, getting a four door General would be the best. So they have some killer deals on 2024 model Generals and now I have two. So great video (all 3 of them ) and thanks for the heads up on the kids seat. Keep the reviews coming .

We took our out yesterday for the first time. It sure seems to want to tip a hell of a lot more than the other buggies we have had in the past. It almost seems top-heavy or something.

It’s all the glass up top. You need a 4+3 rim and 32s then add the rear shocks to your sway bar.

If i may, I would like to know who makes the center kiddy seat you had in the General? Thanks in advance

Seemed like a great machine. Very basic but capable and fun

The amount of air time the xpedition tires have going over simple obstacles in this video is wild. Terrible articulation. Like driving a brick.

The front sway bar is off of the general. This helps a ton. I’ve sense them added rear sway bar shocks on the Xpedtion but still have the front sway bar connected. All that made a great difference.

Did you ever try disconnecting the sway bar on your Defender? I think I’m gonna try it next spring. It’s snow tracks season now! I removed the sway bar off of my Maverick Sport XRC, it was night and day. A bit more body roll tho.

have a 2024 Polaris Xpedition XP 5 -- WAY TO NOISY - revs too high - apparently according to Polaris customer service - their engineering is DILIGENTLY working on a fix-- I REGRET MY PURCHASE - this is probably due to improper gearing (too LOW) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE AT ALL - Please note that there have been HUNDREDS of complaints about this problem and POLARIS is dragging their feet - PS - I have added sound barrier to area behind and under the seats and on the firewall in the engine bay - this helped the noise a bit but the HIGH revs are UNPLEASANT to say the least - OK if you have earplugs or you are hard of hearing - otherwise PASS PS I traded in my 2021 Polaris General and regret it - also the ADV is even nosier that the one with the dump box PS - you have to take off the rear skid plate to get at the oil filter - ridiculous

Have you been able to come up with a fix for the noise? That's is the one thing that is holding me up on purchasing. Have you done any soundmat? Comfort belt? Thanks

@@joshcasey5139 Yes - i have - - noise barrier on the firewall (two layers heat resistant) engine bay firewall - 1/4" closed foam behind and under the rear seat, 3/4 inch solid rubber floor mats front and rear in the foot wells (cut to exact profile of the foot wells), 32 " tires, hunterworks belt, AND - clutch kit installed by Polaris dealer (available at no cost from Polaris -- Reduces rpm by about 800 rpm - much QUIETER now
