If a client has frequent no-shows or a pattern of no-shows, it is worth having a conversation with them about their barriers to attending their sessions and see if you can work together to come up with plans to reduce or eliminate those barriers. Moving the day or time of the therapy, switching from in-person to telehealth, and empowering the client to delegate some responsibilities to clear up their schedule can all be options to explore.
