Which contra spring size did you use? And roller weights? The 5,6 or the 6,9??

Did you have trouble with your belt traveling up your polloni variator? Was the polloni belt the same length as the oem belt?

No I had no issues with the belt travel at all it's all in the weights or the Springs if you're having a hard time getting your belt to travel it's full distance it's either you need heavier weights or lighter spring because how it is it works as a centrifugal force .the harder it spins as in rpm .its going to throw out the rollers which means pressing on your belt .so the belt wants to climb up the front variator which is your shifting but your spring is going to try and fight that so it's either you need a lighter spring or heavier rollers, the faster it's going to change so but that spring in the back is going to try and fight your belt from climbing throughout the RPM range but like I said the higher your RPM gets the harder the rollers throw out and compress that spring in the back so that allows your belt to travel to the front and also putting you in Top Gear but you want to make sure it doesn't happen too fast so you got to have a belt that works with your rollers you don't want to bog and you don't want to be rev the crap out of the bike and not go faster.,. Personally myself I wouldn't change rollers just yet because going to a heavy roller heavy roller will slow down your RPM and take off so you would want to go to a lighter spring. A softer spring .not as stiff

I was also using the stock pulley at the time and sorry I forgot to answer your question yes the belt is the same length but it is a little bit wider so you might have to shim

And on the OEM belt you're just wasting your money their crap you're better off getting a polini or malossi Kevlar belt but the thing was Kevlar the last long but you need to keep on checking them because when they go they explode and they break stuff so you guys keep on watching it like tape check it every 500 kilometres

Yes o have a polloni belt and it same length as stock but just seems short and I upgraded to a overrange kit and I’ve tried light weights and heavy and all in between same with contra spring I’ve built many bike with all the polloni and molossi upgrades but never had this trouble like I am on this zuma.. it’s boggy off the line and if I keep going it won’t go over 20 mph I know I’m close to the right jets I just re put it all together but haven’t tested yet. I put all overrange stuff milled the case too electric start gears out.. got 6.5 gram weights 1500 yellow spring and green molossi clutch springs. Sounds right. Right?

Ok weell there's two lengths right you know there's a short case in the long case of the minarelli engine. So you might have boughten the wrong belt
