The subject of this recording is a small Polish Gamma vacuum cleaner from 1957, which recently came to my workshop. From the outside it looks not too bad, although it lacks a plug and a cable cover. In this vacuum cleaner I found an original EM 87-30 K motor, also from 1957. This motor was manufactured at the electric switch factory (German: Elektroschaltgeräte) in Oppach in the former German Democratic Republic. Such and similar motors imported from the GDR until the end of the 1950s were installed in Polish vacuum cleaners. In the video I will show a few other motors of this type from the Gamma II and Alfa II vacuum cleaners already known on my channel.
The recording is long, but thanks to this, it presents the work done on this old Polish vacuum cleaner in detail.
