I call step 4 the Milky Cut because that's what 320 grit does to aluminum. When you're done, the reflections are about as good as they would be in grey aluminum-colored milk. Doesn't sound appetizing, but when the metal starts doing this, then you're past the half-way mark.
As you watch this series you will see how all of the efforts both past and present affect the surface. You get to see for yourself what each stage yields, and I'm explaining every bit of it to help those of you willing to try this. This is a process performed on theme cars, so it naturally has a niche audience. But the process is a technique, and an art form that once understood and practiced, nobody can take it away from you. Everyone has their own polishing style. I show you Jafro style.
This is the biggest video series production I've ever attempted, and remember I've made my own engine harness. This is 5 times the work of rewiring a car but doesn't require anywhere near the thought. Only the technique.
It always helps whenever people interact with the video ratings, comments, and features of my videos and I'm grateful for all of it. But I don't feel it's right to give out KZitem instructions or tell everyone to like and comment anymore. It's boilerplate. My viewers know how KZitem works.
These videos are for everybody, but the ones that make the biggest impact on what you see here are on Patreon. If you wish to make a direct impact on my production and gain access to extra content, please visit www.patreon.com/jafromobile. All donations are appreciated, and I don't want a penny more than my videos are worth, and it costs you nothing if I don't upload. My cardboard sign reads, "Will make videos for parts and services to make more videos".
Thank you and enjoy the show!
