In Romania the age of consent is 15 but rises to 18 if the older party abuses their authority or influence to gain sexual access to the victim. That is if he was her employer, or in any way she was dependent on him than legal age of consent is 18.
@AmberJays
Жыл бұрын
There's some elements in life that people can't actually consent to. For instance, a victim of trafficking cannot consent to being trafficked. A victim of bodily harm cannot consent to being assaulted. So while people may think that they are consenting to it, they actually don't have the means to consent to it in the first place. In order to inflict bodily harm and not be accountable in the eyes of the law, you need to be doing the action in the course of an exemption. Examples of exemption are: surgeons performing surgery, because surgery mutilates the body. Tattoo artists, because tattoos are permanently altering the body. Piercing artists, for the same reason. Bedroom kinks isn't a listed exemption in positive law. There are a lot of people who try to use the 'rough sex' tactic as a defence, but it's not an acceptable defence, just as it is not an acceptable defence for a trafficking victim to say they were there on their own accord. In that essence, it is almost irrelevant what the commentary is of the persons, because what is being judged are the actions and they'll be tested against an objective legal means. In Romania, they will be charged as being an organised offence group under RCC 367, which requires 3 or more persons collectively working toward the same objective of committing an offence. The two Tate brothers and the two Romanian girls make 4, and Georgiana would approach and recruit girls (in the same way that Maxwell would approach and recruit girls for Epstein). They recovered messages sent from Georgiana's phone, and the Tate brothers phones, where they are communicating how to force the girls into uploading pornography after they were resisting, as well as other messages threatening their life because they didn't earn enough money in any given day. One of the girls was told to punch herself in the face, because when Georgiana arrives she was going to give her 10 more punches because she was slacking. In other messages she told a cam girl that she would get thrown off a balcony if she didn't hand over the money she earned. There is so much circumstantial evidence that weighs against Tate and the romanian girls.

Pitbull initiated a kerfuffle, leaping at Andrew Tate’s pitbull, consuming it whole, bones and all. In retaliation, Andrew Tate used his Noble Phantasm, “Gates of Romania,” summoning Bugatti after Bugatti to crush the hip hop artist to death. From that day on, Andrew Tate swore to cosplay the man who destroyed his life, while simultaneously honouring his beloved pet.

it's a normal response for someone to "not want to be a victim" but that doesn't change the fact that some fucked up shit happened to them. Also, if this guy is controlling your finances and essentially all the important aspects of your life, you will be much less inclined to incriminate him. And thats to say nothing of the Stockholm syndrome that could be going on. This is why sex trafficking is so nefarious and takes serious investigation to figure out what's going on.
@courtneyeliza5614
Жыл бұрын
Also no one is talking about the possibility of intimidation..like witness/victim intimidation is definitely a thing and happens a lot. Especially considering Tate's influence, multimillionaire/ financial status, multiple visas, shady dealings/partnerships, etc ..he could easily tell someone he'd kill them and/or their family if they talk & that he'd get away with it ..and they would probably believe him bc its pretty plausible
@RS-fy9hb
Жыл бұрын
@@courtneyeliza5614 That's possible, but no evidence so far suggests this. It'd be part of the story that the alleged rape and trafficking victims would have told, so it's hard to believe he only used this on some, because it's a much easier method than the "lover boy" method of sex trafficking, because that means you need to keep a track of several relationships, and it only works on particularly dispossessed or vulnerable people. But it doesn't change the severity, and probably also the stockholm syndrome situation, because the people that you're able to traffic and convince using the lover boy method, are "easy" to control using your authority over their financial status against them, and as a coping mechanism you'll probably just tell yourself that he just wants to help and protect them, to explain away all of Tate's attempts at isolating and controlling them.

In Romania that is how a criminal investigation and case is done, most criminal cases are over within a few months. The prosecutor presents his evidence to the judge and if the charge carries a large prison sentence, then the judge will decide if the evidence is strong enough for a conviction, and if he believes it is and the prosecutor argues bail is not in public interest as in the TATES case , he will hold him for 30days. The prosecutor is Not obligated to show the defense anything at this stage. If the prosecutor is certain of a conviction he will ask to extend the detention so they can prepare for Trial, again they are NOT obligated to reveal ANY evidence and this is common practice in Romania. Andrew Tate is a very high profile Case, so the judge has to be 100% of the defendants guilt, because not only will they be sued but the whole world will HATE Romania if he gets it wrong. The prosecutor will announce he is ready to take it to Trial then, normally after two or three months. What you must ascertain from the proceeding so far is the Judge and prosecutor are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN of a GUILTY conviction which is why they haven't released him and WON'T release him. They have over 20 folders of evidence, plus Andrew Tate self snitching. Sorry my friend but it's GAME OVER!!

Think about it like this, have you ever met a girl who went on and on about how "All men cheat. Men ain't worth shit. whoopty whoop whoop" and you notice that she always searches out and dates the same type of guys? Now you as a man know for a fact that all or most guys are not like that, but from the outside looking in with 0 experience otherwise you could end up believing her claim. If Al Capone were alive today, young men would be signing up for his logistics and distribution course on Udemy. We've always idolized criminals, and pimps especially: the last generation put them on MTV, with their diamond-crusted pimp cups, hoes, and all. We even had the same hyppocrites: decrying the exploitation of poor people, all while dancing to the music (thanks, Snoop), in the comfort of their sweatshop-made clothes. The Tates will likely be convicted...not because cam-pimping is some new heinous crime Romania wants to crack down on, but because they made regional authorities look inept.
@PuddingXXL
Жыл бұрын
Bullshit. Sorry but absolute bullshit. If you want to compare 90s 2000s MTV with Romanian law and culture then you're way off the mark. Romania JUST left the Soviet Union when MTV started the whole "Jersey Shore" shit. Nowadays you won't air stuff like that on MTV but on TikTok. It was never different in the US just the medium changed. Romania however has changed DRAMATICALLY over the past 2 decades. Obviously no law enforcement agency wants to look inept but to make this the focus point on why Tate is convicted is idiotic. Remember there is an EU justice department and they WILL be on your ass if you don't do due diligence. The fact that Romania was in charge of the EU council also might play a role in outward perception of this trial but it's not like Romania only starts persecuting human trafficking when international eyes are upon them. The much bigger problem is the police force in Romania. Many charges and ER calls get straight up ignored or never moved up the jurisdiction ladder. The justice department of Romania is however very robust. It's the police that is fucking up a lot over there due to cultural and jobprospect factors.
@PuddingXXL

After everything I've heard about the Tate brothers from other people online, it's surprising to actually hear them talk and see how they think. They say a lot of truly despicable stuff, their fundamental ideology and personal actions are reprehensible (I really don't see how a man can view women as objects to the extent that these guys do, while also feeling good about themselves and sleeping well at night), but they do certainly have knowledge on how women act that can be taken in, absorbed, and used for good. Or, well, not really "good", but the personal gain of guys who are trying to treat women right and not like they're tools for sex and money. A lot of what they were saying in regards to just being conscious of how women think and act was great info for a young man like myself. Romania has a problem with human trafficking. It’s not news. It doesn’t get fixed. Tate was arrogant to think if he boasts about what he does that he wouldn’t get arrested. That girl that said “I never said I’m a victim” is unfortunately how many romanian women and people work in general. If you are a victim in Romania then you look weak. They’d rather not ever look weak. Many abused women in Romania will admit about their partners “He beat me with a belt til I bled, left me bruised, couldn’t see out of my right eye for a week but I was never a victim!” to try and maintain some facade of strength. Tate moved to Romania because misoginy and abuse is so overlooked. A guy made a video asking romanians if they like Tate and most of the women said no, but their boyfriends said yes. Things need to change.

He said there something like that if a girl likes being slapped during sex, he will just beat her up with no sex involved and how does she like it now. I don't remember the exact phrasing but it was obvious that he doesn't like nor understand such desires and thinks no girl should ask for something like that.

If you replace 'women' with 'Black people' in Tate's spiel, you can easily see he's advocating you and I coerce our fellow citizens into a slave class we sexually assault and abuse and demean.

The dating advice from Tristan actually has some merit. And that is really the problem. The Tate brothers are genuinely toxic and twisted criminals who have played 'gangster', manipulated people and broken the law. This is _incredibly_ attractive to a good portion of young men, combined with the practical advice they give, I can completely understand why they have achieved their status. The problem of course is that they have (allegedly) been sex trafficking women, certainly manipulating them into sexual relationships under false pretenses and generally behaving like complete arseholes. While that may be attractive to some people, I am uncertain as to how fulfilling it is. Even if everyone who subscribed to their practices was successful (which I seriously doubt even a good percentage of them are), do those people have what it takes to live that sort of life? I think many young men _think_ that sleeping around is what they want because it will give them self-respect (through the respect of their peers, which it may well do for a percentage), a majority really want a good, solid intimate relationship. They may not even know that. So this is just another form of the PUA culture: some practical advice mixed in with an underlying toxic message.... essentially monetising men's loneliness. The swagger and lifestyle is just all advertising to sell the product.

Dont women manipulate men into relationships?

@@shazam1522 Women and men are two sides of the same coin. Women can be just as shit and toxic as men. I don't really know what your point is. Do women manipulate men into relationships when they don't want to be? Sure? That's probably happened at some point in all of history but do women regularly 'trick' men (who don't want to be in a relationship with them?) into a relationship? Think about that for a moment... let's say "I'm skeptical."

Their advice isn't completely new, it is quite common that men are advised to make friends with women so they can meet other women. This basically what he does, goes out with women in a club where other women think they are friends. I really think if he as asked them out as a date by using the exact words, it can actually come out, I almost always ask how the other person knows the common friend, if it is a club, them maybe by shouting or going out for fresh air or for a smoke. It would be better to ask girls to hang out with you, instead of telling them it is a date, then it is vague enough. Of course an average person doesn't enjoy that kind of organizing mess anyway, for me it feels like work. About girls liking gangsta and very stereotypical luxury lifestyle, many just like free drinks and parties. I personally don't know any woman who would go out with guys like that for anything else but curiosity. Someone said it in the chat but Destiny disagreed. I think people don't realize it is a very specific subculture with their own aesthetics and I just don't interact with people who like that. Their tone of voice, body language, constant bragging, very mainstream and plastic looking aesthetics are very unattractive for me. It is like a guy wearing a tracksuit and swearing to beat up all the nerds won't be very liked in a poetry club. Their camgirls are also very similar to each other, very thin and facetuned, have lip fillers, too heavy lashes that make their eyes smaller and have fake boobs.

Your drastically downplaying how good great sex is, and how much better it is if you can contrast great sex with multiple women. Of course young man want that. Imagine pulling all the levers to a woman f to do what u want and they love you MORE because of it? They fuck you BETTER, and more OFTEN because of it? Have higher confidence in you, then you do of yourself because of it? Im no pimp, but I've been using many of these tactics for my teenage and early adult life for years. I've since abandon that life and they still keep in contact and want dick from to this day. You have no idea how powerful this pull is. I'd have to build out an entire world for you to understand - you're that much removed from the reality of it all.

@@sanctumsanctorum4130 oh common really, they really didn't give any good advice at all IMO. He was continuously talking about double dating and having multiple women to sleep with. I couldn't find a single piece of advice that is good and practical. I don't understand how Destiny and his audience thinks that this video is a great tip for dating.
