I have a question: Do you know if it's possible to study this program and do a language on the side as an optional module?

Hey, thanks for your question! You can choose any language as an optional module as long as you do it within department timeframes, as some departments require more notice that you want to study an alternate language module. You just need to contact your department and then the option will come up on your database when you choose your PAIS modules. There's a huge variety of languages that you can choose from, whatever year of study and level of skill - Sasha :)

Hi! I've just recieved an offer to study PAIS at Warwick. I live in Switzerland and I was wondering how international students are treated or thought of at Warwick. Do you know any international students? Are there seperate 'groups' of international students or are they integrated well into the Warwick community? Also, I really love your videos guys, thanks! :)

Hi Sai, In PAIS, there are quite a lot of international students, and they definitely are integrated well. Any divides are created by the students themselves, and this could be because they want to be friends with people from their own country as they can understand each other better. However, there is no 'us' & 'them' idea, international students are not seen as different or treated differently. I have plenty of friends who I speak to every day who come from India or Lativa etc. So there's no need to worry. My suggestion is to sit by a new person in each seminar you have (these are small groups where you discuss that week's topic) and get talking to the people next to you. You'll make plenty of friends, no matter where they're from! Hope that was helpful, thank you for watching the video! Good luck with your offer. Sasha
