the thing that impressed me is how you made it so accurate without referance... ok sure you may have images on a monitor next to you but still, its not as a background image in the viewport and you dont have a background grid either. well done!

similar to the sculpture of wood in Bali. the difference is they have a knives and you got the 3ds max. keep it up amigo. your videos are kept in my storage for more than 3 gigbites in full HD.

Takes talent to 3d model without a reference. I could do it but only with cartoon characters because any flaws can be turned into some exaggerated feature to the cartoon. Hopefully I'll be able to free hand realistic models in the future.

lol back in 2000 we all modeled this way...thanx to zbrush..we wdon't have to worry about edge flow etc..now we can model and sculpt without thinking of extruding and refining..bla bla..took us forever..now u can make a character in a few hours..and retopo.etc..awesome..

utilice 3D Max también es el que mas uso, se algo de blender pero me siento mas cómodo en 3D Max, creo que es mejor especializarse en 1 solo software porque son muy extensos.

+J.K. Anane well in this video I use a splines and comvert this in geometry but i found other way more easy, you need use a sequence of splines and the modifier "hair and fur" with it

Bueno hay use el modificador hair and fur los slplines que hice son guías para que sepa como solucionar la dirección de las cejas, tienes que crear una ceja en 3d para cogerla como instancia, incluso le puedas dar físicas y todo :)

You have to add a uvw unwrap modifier and then extend the mesh render this maps in ,jpg tga Etc and using photoshop or 3dsmax viewport canvas for paint sorry for my english :P

I've tried making one of these and let me be very clear of what i say , It is NOT an easy task it take inhumanly amount of work and patience. I did 1 small mistake and it ended up ruining the complete model top it off my teacher just asked me to simply ditch my hardwork.

Yes. It is hard at first but then it is intuitive but good. now it works differently. you could use retopolizing tools to fix the parts that don't work
