I love how this looks! So glad you posted this!! I can’t find the crystal mop color anywhere, did they change the name or discontinue the color? Do you know by any chance?

You can use "Aurora Borealis" or "Crystal Mother of Pearl". You are right, I wasn't able to find Crystal Mop anymore anywhere online. I recommend buying from Morezmore, she has the best prices on Angelina film.

Yes, it's awesome! You know, if you manage to find iridescent wrapping cellophane, it's way cheaper and you can get beautiful effects with it too. For some reason it's harder and harder to find in stores though.

Hi I'm pretty new to clay and I just love the effect with the film but I was wondering how you bake it you said on a cylindrical surface with great care I'm not sure what you mean if you could just show how you did that I'd be very grateful

You just use a jar. Make a cradle for it so it wouldn't roll around (look at my tutorial today how the cradle for the lightbulb is done), I know I've shown it in a lot of tutorials but I couldn't tell you which on top of my head. Also, if you say that you're new to clay, don't forget to check the "for beginners" section on my website, there's quite a bit of stuff there, and the stuff from youtube is neatly organized in sections.

Try it. You can also embed thin strips of it. Normally as I said in the video, these are used to make fairy wings for OOAK dolls. Search here on youtube "fairy wings with angelina film" and you'll see. Maybe it gives you more ideas. I made fairy wings with it and mermaid tails and fins, also a couple of beta fish.

I got it online. Search "angelina film". Regular roll is around 4" by 10' (yes 10 feet). Average price is $3.50 per roll. You may find sampler with less feet per roll but several colors in the pack, so you can figure out better what you like. Otherwise, you just pick whatever you think would look good. You never know what colors they'll get once they heat up until you try.

Yes, I saw that. It's great if you want to try colors. It's a little bit more expensive than if you'd buy regular rolls one by one (one regular roll=$3.50 for 10 feet, the sampler has 54 feet for $27, while regular rolls would be about $19 for 54 feet. But it's worth it to try all those colors and they will last you a long time

What other material are you able to put this film on? Like could u melt it to plastic?
@KalyanaDesignTutorials

No, you can't do that. It's like a thicker cellophane that changes color when it's heated, practically it's a dichroic film. As I said in the video, it's mostly used to make fairy wings, using the film on a base of liquid clay, gloss varnish or fake glass, when they're in liquid state, then simply waiting for them to harden with the film stuck to them.

I love your work but the music is so annoying I would rather not watch the video. Yes I know I can mute it but the music simply drives me nutty ...Thought the feed back might help

Well, I guess you answered yourself. If you'd rather not watch, then don't watch.
