I think most of it is because there's no ridiculous stage lighting where there's strobes, neon, dark, flashing They can actually look at the fretboard now🤣 I prefer it like this! Sounds amazing!

@@saugatgotyoback I only asked you take a mere moment to appreciate the drummer and his talent, not start acting like the guitars don't exist anymore and only you hear the drummer playing now 🤣🤦♂️ just train your ear to hear his subtle techniques and styles over the guitars and bass for a second, your mind will be blown to pieces. The guitar work is incredible, don't get me wrong. This is obvious to anyone, but Clay is something else. Sorry for my bad English. I am still learning this language.

They’ve changed and left out certain more difficult parts. Some slides etc in the opening riff. That’s helping a lot to sound cleaner.

Glad to see the boys growing. This reminds me of Kiko Loureiro (Megadeth's guitarrist, just in case) doing a "refrigerator tour" when someone asked if they had booze in there, just to find out they only had water, some juice boxes and soft-drink cans. Turns out those guys only have a glass of wine or something after their concerts. Thats not "sex, drugs and rock and roll", but I'm pretty sure the fans love to see them perform at their best.

Mateus Asato, Ichika Nito and Tosin Abasi are all modern legends too and im sure theres loads more that im leaving out but if you havnt heard any of these guys they are totally worth a check :)

@@AliAhmad-sp8bn Probably drunk, The Black Dahlia Murder are mostly stoned before every show and they're one of the tightest bands live. I doubt weed alone would cause such problems if one has a tolerance.

@@KytexEdits for sure. I have played a ton of shows and if I was drunk I would for sure get sloppy. I’d put on a good show but my playing suffered. Now if I was high I was focused and usually played well but I was in my own head and wouldn’t perform for the crowd as well.

@@valkarez1137 this is just an ignorant comment. I agree with Riccardo, technically they’re very good but live its extremely stale. Looking at it objectively and not as a fanboy of course, I find them quite underwhelming live. Bands like Periphery, Meshuggah, and Tesseract are evidence that playing technical music can still be entertaining as a live performance.

@@samfrenchguitar I don't mind stage presence as much when it comes to these bands. The CHON boys don't have much of stage presence, they are a bit timid but I actually like that chill vibe. Plini is quite nonchalant. Animals As Leaders isn't know for great stage presence either. Periphery is a good example for stage presence and interaction with the crowd, but I see Jake or Mark completely stands still and focuses on their guitar during the solo of Have A Blast, Mile Zero, or Racecar, and I kinda like that more. Probably just me though.

With Ibanez, members of a band can get each a signature, but they are stuck with one model only, like the music man with Jason Richardson and the sterling, he has two, one for a more pricey range and one that's... somewhat affordable... Ibanez is just built diff, limiting only one model series to each artist, an If you realized all Ibanez models are linked to each other, barely any are unique. Whatever floats their boats I guess.
